1. Tell us about your everyday life
You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp or through the form. In our first call, we discuss your home, routines, experience with dogs and the life you hope to share. It is also the time to ask questions, even if you are still deciding whether a German Pinscher is right for you.
You do not need to have all the answers. This conversation helps us understand each other and consider together whether the breed suits your home.
2. We learn more about your family’s plans
If we move forward, we arrange further calls and share photographs and videos. We can explore your concerns and explain how the litter is doing. We prefer you to decide with information and time to think.
3. We consider whether a visit is possible
Visits are arranged in advance and depend on the stage of the litter. Protecting the puppies from possible outside infections may limit access. When this happens, we stay in touch through calls, photographs and videos.
4. We explain the specific terms
Availability, price and reservation terms are explained personally. Before committing, talk to us about the puppy and ask any questions about handover and documents.
Sending a message or making an initial call does not confirm a reservation. The next step is agreed directly with Esther and Lisard after we get to know each other.
